The Colors Of Money: Color My World

Color is perceived from refracted waves of light.  Light is the primal source of energy and life on this planet.  Color is much more than a palette for preference or adornment.  In color resonates the pure energies of all creation.

When we speak about the colors of money, we are not referring to the color of any specific currency. For our purposes, the color of money refers to the vibratory frequency of different colors and how they affect our physical bodies, our emotions, and our thoughts.

Everyone is aware of color but, because we are constantly in the midst of color, we lose sight of how deeply we are affected by the different energies emanating from the spectrum. On Valentine’s Day we send our loved ones cards in the color that most evokes feelings of love, pink. When we wish to select a soothing, comforting color for a room in which we wish to relax and reflect in quiet meditation, we often choose a shade of pale blue.

The power of these colors does not originate from some mental construct we have created or purely as a result of societal convention. It comes from the highest spiritual levels and is a direct connection between all planes of consciousness. The energy of the different colors resonates with our emotional, mental and soul vibrations. This energy blends us with those levels of consciousness.

Different colors represent and engender the different planes of consciousness.  Each plane, or level, has a particular color associated with it.

Physical money – Red/Brown. Red represents will, gratitude, caring, truthfulness and compassion.  Brown is the color of the earth which is our home and provides us with our food, our fuel our domiciles.  Everything for our survival comes from the red/brown earth.

Emotional money – Blue.  Blue is the color of peace and faith.  When we choose a soothing color for our homes, it is often a pale shade of blue.  Blue is calming.  It can also be associated with the full range of emotion.  I got the blues.

Mental money – Yellow. Yellow creates positive force for clear thinking and for decision making.

Soul money – Violet. Violet is the color of pure idealism, dedication, reverence and true self-realization — the ability to realize who you truly are as a being

Colors come in an almost infinite variety of color and hue.  A blue may range from the palest blue of a quiet summer sky to the rich dark blue of the deep ocean.  They can be bright or subdued.  Another way to say this is they may be electric or magnetic. Magnetic energy is the root of our planetary polarization and is applied in diverse technology. Electric energy has become the world’s most indispensable modern energy source.

Imagine a pale blue sky with pure white clouds floating overhead.  Now imagine a bright electric blue blaring at you from a neon sign.  For me, the feeling of pale blue is quiet, peaceful and reflective.  The electric blue inspires in me a sense of energy and action yet not in an uneasy sense.

Understanding the power and force of color and using it in a conscious manner in our life can be a great resource, not only in our own lives, but also in working and understanding our clients.  Financial planners work with money on all levels of awareness.  It makes sense that we should work with the colors of money in a conscious and proactive way.
